Guitar instrumental duet "Happy New Year" is a song by Swedish group ABBA from their 1980 album Super Trouper. The lead vocals are by Agnetha Fältskog. As we are fast approaching the end of another Decade I thought an instrumental version of this song would be appropriate. I remember this song well and one verse the lyrics are :- “It's the end of a decade In another ten years time Who can say what we'll find What lies waiting down the line In the end of eighty-nine (2029 !)” I didn’t think that 40 years later I would be playing a Guitar cover of this song !
