Ingredients: -6 inch spoge cake -400g of fondant -chocolate mousse -buttercream frosting -sugar pearls -pink food colouring Recipe: Cut off the top of your sponge cake and cut 3 even layers. Place the first piece of cake on a cake plate and then put some chocolate mousse on it. Then put another piece of cake, then chocolate mousse, then piece of cake. Cover the whole cake with slightly thick layer of buttercream frosting. Roll out the fondant to be about 2,5 mm thick. Put it on your cake and smooth it out. Then color the leftover fondant to be a little bit darker than the one on the cake. Make a bow and leave it to dry. On the cake make crossing indents with a (clean!) ruler. Brush the cake with some water and then place the bow and sugar pearls.
