Alex always loved the plastic, snatched and iconic style of famous pop stars, but knew she needed an edge to make this look her own. Alex told Transformed: "My look is raw, crust, metal, and spikes! I do still like to wear little skirts and big, cute, chunky shoes. I'd rather wear miniskirts and platform boots in 3 feet of snow than wear sweatpants and be comfortable! It's Barbie, Bratz, Britney Spears... But make it black!" Despite Alex feeling her most confident in what she wears, she's a victim of people assuming that she's not smart as a result of her appearance. Alex said: "I get a lot of judgement in school, people thinking I'm probably not smart enough and I'm just a goth bimbo. No! I'm educated, I have two associate degrees and a bachelor's degree. I'm also a bilingual medical interpreter." Alex is just about to graduate from her latest academic achievement, but she has come up with a master plan to hopefully stop the judgment... Today, with the help of makeup artist Leslie, Alex is stepping out of her black metal boots and becoming Sabrina Carpenter! But how will Alex's best friend and boyfriend react to her drastic change?
