Image Segmentation for Cohesive Autonomous Navigation System (CANS)

This is a demonstration of the Image Segmentation process that runs as part of the Cohesive Autonomous Navigation System (CANS). Images, generated by a ASUS Xtion sensor, are composed of red, green and blue intensity and depth data for every pixel (RGB-D). The segmentation process uses a Graph-Based method with a multitude of metrics generated from Geographic Information Science (GIS) metrics.
