Vidyut Jammwal (Hindi: विद्युत जामवाल; born 10 December 1980) is an Indian actor, martial artist, stuntman, and action choreographer who predominantly works in Indian action films. Known for his roles in the Commando film series, he is a practitioner of Kalaripayattu and also known as "The New Age Action Hero of Bollywood". He studied the art of Kalaripayattu since from the age of three. He is a recipient of several awards including 1 Filmfare Award. Sanak is a 2021 Indian Hindi-language action-thriller film directed by Kanishk Varma and produced by Zee Studios and Sunshine Pictures. The film features Vidyut Jammwal, Rukmini Maitra, Neha Dhupia and Chandan Roy Sanyal in the lead roles. The film premiered on 15 October 2021 on Disney+ Hotstar
