Taiwan earthquake: 2 babies rescued from 17-story building

Two babies have been rescued from a 17-story building in Tainan city. The building housed both residents and shops. Roughly 250 people lived in the 20-year old building, and according to reports most of them have been rescued. 26 people were injured and have been sent to nearby hospitals.
