WASHED vs DIRTY Hands Bacteria TIMELAPSE (FRIGHTENING)

Bacteria Growth Time Lapse! This experiment investigates how the bacteria on the skin can be reduced by washing! Two Petri dishes with agar culture medium were used. One finger was pressed directly into the agar culture medium, and the other was first washed off with soap. Agar culture medium creates ideal conditions for the reproduction of bacteria at a suitable temperature. Once every 2 minutes, a picture of the bacteria was taken.
