Try it once and you’ll want to make it again! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Recipe : https://maple.kitchen/green-bread/ ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients : 1 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour 120 gm Cottage Cheese(Optional Halloumi Cheese, paneer) 1 Cup Blanched Broccoli 1/2 Cup Blanched Spinach 2 Egg 1/4 Cup Olive Oil 1 tspn Baking Soda 1/2 tspn Salt 1 tspn Sugar 1 tspn Cumin Powder 1/2 tspn Pepper Powder 1/2 tspn Chili Flakes 2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds 2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds Steps : 1. Start by chopping the blanched broccoli into small pieces. 2. Now cut the cheese into your desired shape and size. 3. In a blender add the spinach and blend until smooth. 4. In a bowl beat the eggs with olive oil for 1–2 minutes then add the spinach mixture and mix well until. 5. Using a sieve sift the flour along with all the dry ingredients directly into the egg mixture. 6. Now add the chopped broccoli along with all the spices and seeds then gently mix until combined be careful not to over mix. 7. Now pour 1/2 mixture into a bread baking pan lined with parchment paper and add a layer of cheese on top. 8. Now repeat with more mixture and finish with cheese and seeds on top. 9.
