In her sermon on Trinity Sunday, the Rev. Susan Slaughter reflects that we see different pictures of God through today’s Scripture readings. Through our own experiences of God, we try to see what the persons of the Trinity are, and she shares some of her personal experiences. She describes the three persons of the Trinity as having a whirling, dynamic love for one another, a love so dynamic, circulating and powerful that it can’t contain itself and overflows onto all creation, such that God in his love draws us up into the relationship and infuses us with love so that we can share God’s love with all people.
