Hi :) today we have possibly the most popular Greek dessert, galaktoboureko. Greek custard pie. I think you will love it. I have used a recipe from my favourite cook book, Tonia’s Greek Kitchen, with a few alterations. Traditionally this would be made with semolina and you can totally do that. This recipe is made with corn flour. I know some of my recipes switch between cups and grams, but sometimes that is easier to do the recipe that way.
