3.17 - Poison Spark vs. The Feared - High end life based

Second entry in personal build log on higher end characters. "Bricked" if Ashes of the Stars goes below 30% quality as maxroll in a future patch. 40m DPS bursts, 10m DPS worst case scenario (POB numbers, bounces should make it higher). In retrospect when I see how much fun I had with the character, I should have gotten 2 pieces with spell suppression and pathed to Ranger start instead of Templar for 100% spell supp. 3 or 4 pierce to make it feel smooth while mapping minimum. High cast speed is also crucial. Spell Echo feels terrible early, and every single percent of cast speed makes the character better to play all the way. Damage gets solid with relatively low invest (see Mathil's from early in the league). Could have fit high/cap spell supp and over 50%+ block easily by making different choices earlier on. Ended up going high DPS as usual instead. Blood Rage isn't really needed any more with frenzy from body. There should be room for an alternative anoint, probably Dirty Techniques by deleveling Vitality and getting an Enlighten instead of Blood Rage. 2x solid rare jewels ends up outperforming Commander of Darkness Flesh/Flame when I already had capped resists.
