I forgot to mention that you want to run this with Gunner, and ideally a rez hive and Decoy. I'm sat at 58% CHC, 133% CHD and 120% HSD - Bighorn is back and better than ever! I was EASILY able to clear a solo Invaded mission with tonnes of Warhounds and a Heavy Boss. I actually ONE SHOT the boss once I broke his helmet, hitting 4.1 MILLION damage (without a chest damage talent I might add). It's so good, and this build entirely removes the BH's weaknesses.
