Bobbarlu Vadalu/ బొబ్బర్ల వడలు 1. First taken whole 1kg Alasandalu soaked this dal in water for about 3 to 4 hours and removed all the skins for this dal, Later drained all the water . 2 In the wet grinder, added 10-15 green chilies, lavang 7 and grams of finely chopped ginger and 25 grams garlic make it paste 3. Now add soaked Alasandalu in grinder make a paste. 4. Add coriander leaves and salt and mix it well. 5. Now wet the hands and taken small amount of batter, made vada, kept a hole in the middle and dropped in the hot oil. Fried both sides on medium flame till the vadas turn into golden colour. Now delicious Alasanda Vadas are ready to serve. They are crunchy outside, soft and spongy inside. You can taste them directly or you can eat them along with chutney or Sambar.
