3-2 Full FPG Double Framerule Save

3-2 TAS framerule save! Thanks to Kriller37, this framerule was found to be possible without the use of TAS accel or any other difficult things. He found a setup where all you do is a 3 frame jump on frame 12, a frame perfect right release, and perfect clip inputs. In order to get good koopa subpixels, you have to fireball the first goomba of the set of three at 0:15. LeKukie was the first person to get 3-2 FFPG full level (   • [SMB1] 3-2 FFPG full level  ), but this was using a slower setup Kriller37 found that got the normal FPG framerule. But with Kriller37's new clip setup, it bops the koopa almost as early as possible while still being able to clip, and this barely gets the TAS framerule! With this framerule save, this brought the warpless human sum of best and my sum of best down to an 18:39.806, the last tens second barrier!
