The Supreme Court will hear arguments tomorrow over whether DC sniper should be re-sentenced

Lee Boyd Malvo is one of the two snipers who terrorized our area back in 2002. 10 people were killed. Malvo was 17 at the time. He was sentenced to life in prison in Virginia without the possibilty of parole. But in 2012 -- the supreme court ruled anyone who committed a crime as a "minor" could not be given a mandatory life sentence. Malvo has been appealing his sentences for years. The Court will consider the case and announce a decision next Spring. #DCSniper #LeeBoydMalvo
