Apologetic Ellen DeGeneres apologized to the talk show staff of her daytime talk show in a letter on Thursday, following allegations of misconduct from current and former employees. After expressing her regret DeGeneres also revealed what actions are being taken to improve conditions on the show moving forward. In a statement obtained by ET, Warner Bros., the studio behind Ellen’s show, says it’s committed to creating a workplace 'based on respect and inclusion. Our Commentary/Opinion: Ellen has come to acknowledge what was happening and really have a deep thought about the whole situation, and promised to create an open, safe and inclusive work environment. She really felt the need to make changes and sorry to learn that most of the staff are having a bad or negative experience about her. In the other hand, the executive producer running the show who are in charge of all the member of the staff are the one that suppose to make changes. Some sources claimed that the producers some times treating the staffs badly.
