Tamiya 1/35 German 8ton Semi Track 20mm Flakvierling Sd.Kfz. 7/1 - Kit Review

Review of Tamiya's, 1/35 scale, model kit of a German 8 ton half track Sd.Kfz. 7/1 'Flakvierling' mobile anti-aircraft vehicle, fitted with the 4 barrelled Flak 38 weapon system. This re-issued model kit, No. 35050, was originally released under the 'IDEA" model brand, (IDEA Kit No. TA005) in the mid 1970's, and is based on the model of Tamiya's German Sd.kfz 7, 8 ton Tractor, released in 1972. This older, basic detail, model includes Original Style Tamiya Instructions, Vinyl wheels, tracks and side panel mesh, a basic German vehicle painting guide, Tactical and Divisional markings, and 5 crew figures, dressed in winter clothing.
