Russian TV releases footage of Belgorod evacuation amid explosions due to Ukraine attack

Russian state TV released footage Friday of what they said were evacuees from Ukraine-neighbouring Belgorod region trying to leave the area as an explosion happened. RTR's footage also showed evacuees from Belgorod region arriving in the town of Penza where two sites were prepared for them to settle, a representative of the local government said.
