UK records its highest temperature of 2023 so far

As a heatwave looms, the UK recorded it's warmest temperature of the year at a lovely 20.2C in Kinlochewe in the Scottish Highlands. Londoners missed out on the warmest weather with the mercury only reaching in 18C in Hyde Park.
