Moreau on village of shadows difficulty has an insane amount of health and requires a lot of explosives such as pipes and most importantly mines to deal good damage. You have to use wisely the red barrels only when he is outside the mouth and not when he is inside or inflated. He also receives a little damage when he is covered that's why I keep shooting with the rifle when he goes to the roof. Remember, Moreau is like a tank, and every bullet counts.
