Leaders from North Eastern Kenya fault the government over insecurity

To North Eastern Kenya now where a former long-serving provincial commissioner is faulting the government’s move to shut down schools there over insecurity. Yusuf haji, who is also a former defence minister and the current senator for Garissa says closing schools is a sign of surrender to terrorism.
