Close of woman praying STORYLINE People in Hong Kong marked the arrival of a Lunar New Year on Sunday, with incense filling the air at one of the city's best-known temples. Crowds gathered at the Wong Tai Sin Temple before 11 p.m. local time (1500 GMT), hoping to make their new year wishes at the most favourable moment. According to traditional Chinese time-keeping, 11 p.m. on the eve of the Lunar New Year is an ideal moment to visit a temple to pray and put incense sticks in place.
