Let the chicken soak up it’s water. Add 2-3tbs of oil in a pan & sauté the cabbage & carrots. Once sautéed, add soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, black & white pepper. Mix well & add the boiled chicken followed by adding the noodles. Add green onions, mix & turn off the stove. Add cheese (you could also add spices of your own choice or extra sauce). Add oregano (optional). (salt can be added as per taste) Heat oil in a pan for the rolls. While the oil heats up, get another pan & add 1/2cup of water. Once the water starts boiling, add 3tbs of chili garlic sauce & dissolve 3tbs of sugar in the mix. Add 1tsp of vinegar & keep stirring until the sugar gets dissolved. Mix 1tsp of cornflour in 2tbs of water & add this paste once the sugar has dissolved. Turn off the stove. To make glue, dissolve 1tbs of flour in 2tbs of water. Get readymade roll sheets & fill it with the mixture. (watch the video to learn how to properly fold the sheets and where to apply flour glue). Fry the rolls on a medium-high flame, dish out & enjoy with the perfect sauce! Luckily these spring rolls can be stored in the freezer for 1-2months.
