Calls for an independent inquiry into Wales' devastating February floods | ITV News

People have joined Plaid Cymru's calls for an independent inquiry after thousands of homes and businesses across the south Wales valleys were devastated by floods just 10 months ago. Many in the areas worst hit are still recovering, both emotionally and in terms of their belongings and property.
