GTA 3 - Random Glitched Cartel Cruiser In The Underground Subway (PS4)

ive noticed this awhile back. i would have messed with the vehicle some more but i was doing the 100 hidden packages and following the tutorial so i didn't want to get off track. but this s random to see the vehicle just down there stuck in the wall, im sure if you would have drove it backwards you would have just teleported back to the street. so i didn't bother. but this still is random.
