Immobilized Miata (Super Saturday - Day 2)

This 2001 Mazda Miata is the owner's daily go kart. It was running great until it refused to start. The ANTI-THEFT light is doing some weird stuff, and the PCM is fussing about the Immobilizer setting a P1624-IMMOBILIZER FAULT.
