Keto: Cheesy Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients: 400g mushroom, chopped 3 tbsp butter 3 clove garlic, minced 1 onion, chopped ½ tsp thyme fresh or dried 1 tsp dried dill 1 cup mozzarella, shredded 1 cup heavy cream 4 eggs! Salt, black pepper ¾ cup Cheddar, shredded Instructions: In a skille, melt butter, add thyme and garlic, fry for about 1-2 minutes. Add the onion, cook over medium heat for 7-10 minutes. Add mushrooms, salt and black pepper, cook until golden brown for about 12-15 minutes. Place the mushroom mixture into the baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella on the top of the mushrooms. Mix together heavy cream, eggs, dill, salt and black pepper. Pour over the mushrooms. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350F.
