But, being pro-Russian is already nationalistic because another country (Russia) has been more preferred then the country were they live. ABOUT US -------------- SUM stands for Social Unrest Monitoring and is a activity by GHSR Country Watch. It observes and monitors mass discontent by people but only those which are directly linked to misgoverning of a country, serious ignorance and negligence by the highest political responsible person or persons whom contribution only cause destabilization, disruption or even destruction of public and private live of people. The activity does not include the monitoring of war-like situations such as in Syria, Central African Republic, South Sudan as it is already by its sister channels. If possible, each post concerns a full particular day, meaning: the day, the night and the same night from that day to the next day until the first daylight of the following morning. Each post is meant to give a visitor a broader view as much as possible but within the run time of 1 hour at the most. So, our posts have a educational character in the first place as they are meant to inform the outside world about what is happening, not why it is happening. We leave that to the viewer.
