Marco Rubio 'In Touch' With Venezuela VP Delcy Rodriguez, Warns Cuba Not To "Play Games" With Trump

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, a sworn foe of Cuba's communist government, warned Havana on Saturday after US forces deposed its ally Nicolas Maduro in Venezuela. "If I lived in Havana and I was in the government, I'd be concerned at least a little bit," Rubio told a news conference alongside President Donald Trump.
