Make these Southern-Style greens using collards and mustard greens to hopefully promote prosperity in your New Year! Ingredients 1 bag of collard greens 1 bag of mustard greens 1 quart of chicken stock or chicken broth 1 chicken bouillon cube 1 tsp of minced garlic flakes 2 bay leaves 1 to 2 smoked pork neck bones(you can use whatever smoked meat you'd like) Optional: A pinch of Badia Complete Seasoning Salt and Pepper to taste Directions: In your Instant Pot, cook the neck bones with the chicken broth and the spices for 35 minutes on the "meat" setting with "high" pressure and with the vent of the Instant Pot set to "seal." Once the neckbones have finished cooking, do a "quick release" of the pressure. Remove the bay leaves and add in the collard and mustard greens. Close the lid and cook the greens by setting the pressure cooker to 35 minutes on the "meat" setting with "high" pressure and with the vent of the Instant Pot set to "seal." Finally do a quick release once the greens have finished and sprinkle in some Badia Complete Seasoning to taste. Serve these delicious greens as you bring in and celebrate the New Year!
