A food review from SOI 9 COFFEE Food+Drinks in PATTAYA Soi 9. Western + Thai food. Just a 5 min walk from soi Buakhao. They serve western Breakfast for 90 baht only, coffee and water included. The Panang curry was about 75 baht and 20 B for the rice. Also very cheap.
