Splinter Cell Conviction Co op 2024 setup tutorial: fixed connection time out error/not seeing games

UPDATE 1: Some people may do these steps and still not see each other's matches. do the following: Make sure both devices have the same type of CPU (both Intel or both AMD, not 1 of each) One person may need to download a radmin server on top of having radmin vpn turned on. the steps for this can be seen in this video (link:    • How to Install Radmin Server and Viewer an...  ) from 0:30-1:07. After one of you has successfully downloaded the server and has it running, on radmin make your network and have the other person join As a sanity check ping each other's devices through command prompt as shown in this video. If all goes well now the games should be visible This video was largely inspired by r/Splintercell in terms of tips, and it took a mix of what I saw there, on the splinter cell community discord, and this gem of a video:    • Splinter Cell (All Games) Multiplayer / On...   I can't preface how much this video by DeepVelocityOps helped so ty for that. There were only a few things that he didn't go over that I added (mainly the hosts file not having permissions to edit, and the firewall blocking your game which caused the "unable to connect, connection timed out" error) but other than that I would recommend his video over mine. Note: ignore the blurring, that's mostly for me to avoid doxing myself Chapters: 0:00 base game and server error 1:06 network sharing stuff 2:20 scc lan helper files 2:52 finding hosts folder 3:46 editing hosts file 5:17 running scc helper 7:14 connection issues (firewall) 8:43 last remarks If you need more help, feel free to reach out to me on discord @redknight1382
