Nebraska Governor Jim Pillen started May as Beef Month with a proclamation, declaring appreciation for beef and the state’s vibrant cattle industry. The Governor’s proclamation was made during a barbecue hosted by the Nebraska Cattlemen and the Nebraska Beef Council in Lincoln.
