French Chocolate Shop (Chocolatier) Chocolate shop in France - Filipino Living in France

As a Filipino living in France I love going out shopping and I went to a French Chocolate Shop recently to buy some handmade French chocolate. A French chocolate shop making handmade chocolate is known as a Chocolaterie which in English means a ‘’Chocolate Factory’’. The Chocolate shop in France that we visited is just 25 minutes from our home, we love to buy their handmade expensive fancy chocolate because it tastes so good, basically, you get what you pay for. We bought just 100g of handmade coffee-flavored French Chocolate at a cost of 6.50 euros and it was very rich in flavor which allowed us to enjoy just a little at a time. The thing you notice when buying French handmade chocolate is the effort the chocolatier puts into wrapping the chocolate it looks exquisite and makes for a wonderful gift. This L’ atelier du Chocolat Bayonne France (the chocolate workshop Bayonne France) is located in Lanester Brittany France. L' ATELIER DU CHOCOLAT means THE CHOCOLATE WORKSHOP. A chocolatier, under the French definition, is an artisan small-batch producer who creates chocolate confections using the chocolate which they made themselves. A French chocolatier is using couverture (high-end cooking chocolate) to create confections, should, in the French language, be called a 'confiseur' (confectioner) In English: L'Atelier du Chocolat is a French chocolate company founded in 1951 by Joseph and Madeleine Andrieu and established in Bayonne. The brand's main workshop is also a museum. In French : L’Atelier du Chocolat est une entreprise française de chocolaterie fondée en 1951 par Joseph et Madeleine Andrieu et établie à Bayonne. L’atelier de fabrication principal de la marque est également un musée.
