How To Make Ragi Dosa - Crispy Ragi Millet Dosa Recipe | Healthy Breakfast Recipe |Diabetic Friendly

Ragi Dosa is a healthy and fibre rich Dosa which makes a perfect breakfast option. This is extremely healthy , nutritious and a great option for diabetics. Ingredients : 1 cup Ragi 1/4 cup Urad Dal 1 Tbsp Methi Seeds (fenugreek seeds) 2 Tbsp Soaked Poha Salt as Required Water as Required Method : • Take 1 Cup Ragi, 1/4th Cup Urad dal and 1 Tsp Methi in a bowl. Wash it thoroughly and soak it for 4-5 Hours. • In a Mixer add the Soaked Mixture , 2 Tsp Soaked Poha and Grind it to a fine paste. • Transfer the mixture into a bowl and Let it Ferment Overnight. Next Day add Salt as required into the Batter and Mix it thoroughly. Make Dosa from this batter and enjoy Delicious healthy Ragi dosa With Coconut / Tomato chutney.
