Caterham R300 vs 485, both 2L Duratec, both SV

Note that the R300 starts in 2nd gear, the 485 starts in 1st gear (enable subtitles). The gear ratios are exactly the same for both gearboxes as well as in both differentials. Both cars use the 6-gear Caterham gearbox and a 3.64 diff. Both cars have the same tachymetre scale and rev-counter, a vertical needle corresponds to 130km/h as you can't see the scale at all times in the 485-part. Both cars are being revved up to the point just short of the rev-limiter (7.600rpm R300 and 9.000rpm 485). The speed differences in each gear result from the rpm-difference only. Both cars will do 90km/h (indicated speed) in last gear at 3.050rpm.
