Original "Creepy Kids Show Montage" From 2006!! (Flashback: cringemedia, cringevision, cringevideo)

This was a trailer/montage that I threw together before this channel originally launched in October 2006 (when it was called "cringemedia".. then "cringefest," then "cringevision," then "cringevideo").. It was intended as a preview of what was to come, like a highlight reel of the weird discoveries that were about to debut onto the internet for the very first time! Originally, there were two promos. A punk rocky black and white trailer which featured a ton of clips from original content (which got us swiftly terminated a few months after launch) and doses of the "found footage" that were also to debut (which I still have that trailer hidden on this channel, but unlisted since it's not so great)... And there was another trailer, THIS LOST GEM!!! This one only spotlighted the found media material, and THIS ONE had been lost for ages. I haven't seen/thought about for YEARS!!! And thanks to ‪@animegramma‬ we can all relive those early days. When the internet was devoid of Peppermint Park, Gerbert, Ron & Marty, Oogene.. Those dark ages. Those dim, dark ages.... So anyway, this "Creepy Kids Show Montage" was designed as sort of a preview/highlight reel of the material that was about to drop. I knew the internet hadn't seen ANY of this material, how there was literally nothing about Peppermint Park, Binney Brush, Out & About, Gerbert, Joy Junction, Peppermint Place, Geoscouts, or any of this stuff online at the time. Vague ebay and Amazon listings were all there was (if THAT!) and certainly no video! And seeing this again, after so many years?! Like a weird magical flashback. HILARIOUS, seeing all those stupid little bits I threw in there that I haven't thought about in YEARS! And it's also funny, knowing that when this edit was put together, KNOWING that this stuff would be like dropping an atom bomb of kitschy trash online, polluting the internet forever (and Jesus, WHAT MONTAGE!!!! You see everyone, this is an ART-FORM! It ain't just dropping found footage at random without purpose. THIS is punk rock DIY!!) This was passed around to many forums like Ebaumsworld, 4chan, and other places to drum up a little interest, to get out the world that UNSEEN NUCLEAR KITSCH BOMBS were about to drop!! All the creepy kiddie classics are here! Peppermint Park, the Tap Your Head guy (who was responsible for the first channel getting terminated so I never used his full name again), Ron & Marty, Binney Brush, Out & About, Gerbert, Slim Goodbody, Froozles, Boxcar Willy, David Liebe Hart, New Zoo Revue, Peppermint Place, Eric's World, Media Monster, Pappyland, and more! HILARIOUS and fun to see all the CringeVision legends JUST BEFORE they polluted the internet!! And knowing all the bombs that I was about to unleash, just total magic & such an innocent time capsule!!!
