Yugoslavia break up//edit

The Yugoslav People's Army (JNA) was the one who brought the victory in 1945 and there are estimates it was the fourth strongest army in the world in those times – right after the American, the Soviet and the British ones, which was really a big deal. Before that Yugoslavia was considered the best developed of all communist states, today most former Yugoslav republics are rather poor countries. Around 100,000 people died in Bosnia war. Estimates suggest around 100,000 people were killed during the war. Over 2.2 million people were displaced, making it, at the time, the most devastating conflict in Europe since the end of World War II. #yugoslavia #edit
