Aspargus Quiche with vegan Brie

I have been eaten aspargus a lot lately. Here in Germany is a big business and I do love aspargus: they are a good source of fiber, folate, vitamins A, C, E and K and diuretic. For this recipe I used my home-made vegan Brie cheese (optional): 🧀    • Vegan French Brie (Soft Cheese)   I also used an already made vegan puff pastry crust, but you can make your own (please share your recipe on the comments!). PREHEAT THE OVEN AT 200°* 🌿 Ingredients: _____________________________ for the filling: blend together: 200 gr Tofu 200 ml Soy milk 85 gr Chickpea Flour 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice 20 gr Nutritional Yeast a pinch of black pepper 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 Tbs Salt 1 tbp dry onion 1 tsp Mustard Powder for the topping: 500 gr Aspargus 1 tbs pine nuts 1 tbs capers some vegan brie cheese (optional) _____________________________ for the base: 1 puff pastry crust (vegan) Instructions: STEP 1: blend all the ingredients for the filling. STEP 2: cook the aspargus in a pan with a buit oil, salt and pepper until soft. Use the heads for the decoration later.
