Throw a trapeze Pinch the trapeze with your finger and thumb Throw the slack slightly backwards as it flys over your wrist you want to put the string coming from your throw hand in front of the loop thats forming over your non throw hand refer to the close ups Pull it off your hand and GT Pop out the yoyo and dismount and bind as needed
