Rajma Palak Paneer | Rajma with Palak Paneer | Rajma Palak Masala Recipe

When you mix two of the favourites into one epic recipe, you get Rajma Palak Paneer. It doesn't get any better than this, does it? It's a must-try!!! Ingredients required to make Rajma Palak Paneer - One cup rajma 250 gm spinach 200 gm paneer Handful coriander leaves Handful mint leaves Two green chillies One large onion 4-5 garlic cloves 1 inch ginger 2 large tomatoes 1/2 cup tomato puree 1/2 tsp hing 1tsp jeera 2 tsp salt 2 tbsp fresh cream Ginger julienne Method to make Rajma Palak Paneer - Soak rajma overnight, then boil them till soft with one tsp salt For spinach puree, blanch spinach in hot water and transfer to ice-cold water. Transfer blanched spinach to a grinding jar. Add a handful of coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies and half-inch ginger. Make a puree and keep it aside. Cut paneer into squares and saute them in one tbsp oil till golden brown. Finely ginger, garlic, green chillies and onion Chop one tomato and grind another one. Add 2 tbsp oil to kadahi. Add jeera seeds, and chopped garlic, followed by ginger and green chillies. Saute till light brown. Add chopped onions. Saute till it's golden brown. Now add chopped tomatoes and tomato puree. Cook till everything mixes well and start leaving oil from the sides. Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook till it leaves aroma and oil from sides now add boiled rajma followed by spinach puree and paneer and salt to taste. Mix well. Cook for 5 -10 minutes on low flame. Finally, add fresh cream, coriander leaves, ginger julienne and Rogan (chilli powder tempered in desi ghee).
