Theory of Change from My Math Teaching Online

I am a certified high school teacher in British Columbia BC Canada. I am a compassionate teacher. I graduated with my BA degree in mathematics from York University (2003), and a master degree in Adolescence/Education (2007). I have more than 12 years of teaching and tutoring experience. I love to help students to understand about the mathematical concepts. I have a way to break down these complex concepts into small steps and walk you through these steps easily so that you understand better and remember how to do math on your own . I choose a short simple mathematical technique to walk you through the solutions. And in some cases, we need to review the previous steps to understand the current question because math is a universal language based on a logical sequence of steps. My passion for teaching career, and my experience between crossing cultural values in educational practices has inspired my interests in professional development in multicultural diversifies today.
