So here I present my winter's favourite dessert - gajar halwa shots or gajar ka halwa shots. Gajar halwa is usually served with Rabri (Thicken milk with saffron and dry fruits), so I made it in the form of shots. Gajar ka halwa recipe / gajar ka halwa Servings - 5 - 7 INGREDIENTS Carrot - 1 kg Ghee or oil - 30 milliliters Cardamom powder - 1/3 teaspoon Sugar - 30 grams Raisins - as required Cashews - as required Almonds - as required Milk - 50 milliliters Saffron strands - 6 - 8 PREPARATION 1. Heat a pan and add oil to it. 2. Add grated carrots to it and mix. Cook on medium heat until its soft. Approx. 15 minutes. 3. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. 4. Add cardamom powder, cashews, raisins, almonds and sugar to it. Mix well. 5. Mix well. Turn off the heat. 6. Take a shot glass. Fill it half with halwa. Then add rabri to fill it full.
