Wide shot of buildings STORYLINE: Israel will halt its war in Lebanon at 7 a.m. (0400 GMT) on Monday, a senior Israeli government official said. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorised to discuss the sensitive matter with reporters. Israel's Cabinet was to endorse a U.N. cease-fire deal on Sunday. Meanwhile, Israeli airstrikes and ground attacks continued on Saturday in the Lebanese port city of Tyre. Power was out in Tyre although Israel denied hitting the city's power stations. The Israeli military said the latest strikes were in retaliation for Saturday's rocket attacks by Hezbollah on towns in northern Israel which injured at least five people. Israel appeared ready to keep up a full-scale campaign until the UN plan works it way through the region's political leadership over the weekend. Israeli warplanes also dropped propaganda leaflets on the city telling residents that the number of Hezbollah casualties were far higher than the guerilla group claimed. Hezbollah has acknowledged around 60 fighters killed in the campaign, but Israel says the group is hiding its true losses of more than 200.
