Barr/Trump Lose Big in NY Court: Judge Rules DOJ Can't Protect Trump from E.Jean Carrol Lawsuit

New York Federal District Court Jude Lewis Kaplan ruled today that Bill Bar can not take Donald Trump out the defamation lawsuit filed by E.Jean Carroll and substitute the Department of Justice. Indeed, Judge Kaplan said there was "no support" for the expansive position Bill Barr's DOJ position was taking in its efforts to Shiel Trump from Msw. Carroll's law suit.
