Thanks for watching!ð Hi guys, I built this for my save file Newcrest world. This is a 6 unit apartment building fitted with a swimming pool, gym, basketball court, playground and rooftop deck with a barbecue and bar. Apartment 1 is furnished in a very colourful and subtle maximalist style, I imagined a young adult uni student living here during his studies. Apartment 2 is a classic / neutral furnishing 2 bedroom, I imagined a single mum with her boy scout son living here with their puppy. Apartment 3 is a man cave designed for a business man who loves to party, imagine christian grey but more partying. Apartment 4 is a light and airy design made for 2 parents 2 daughters, the mum being a fashion blogger business woman and the dad being a stay at home dad with the girls. Apartment 5 is a gothic design made for a couple who are grim obsessed, they love tarot cards and witchcraft and making jewellery, they are obsessed with vampires and death. Apartment 6 is designed for a gamer / streamer, she have a very girly cutesy aesthetic throughout the house however in her office / bedroom its very neon lights and boho, she is also a very dedicated plant mum. I tried to not decorate too heavily to allow you to clutter as you please if you download without too much hassle.
