Spellcaster Legacy-Sims 4 Stories. Generation 1- Emilie Ferrer- The Frog Fanatic Scenario

I decided to use the scenarios since they are wasted in my game lol, but added a Generations/Legacy twist to it. The first generation involves FROGs, MAGIC, and self-discovery.
