Mamata Banerjee 'attacked' in Nandigram, eyewitnesses claim 'no one attacked her, it was a mishap'

Hours after West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee claimed she suffered an injury in her leg after few people “pushed” her when she was near her car, local eyewitnesses said no attack took place and termed it a mishap. Talking to Times Now’s Siddhant locals also claimed that cops were present when the alleged incident took place. “It was a mishap where Mamata Banerjee’s car’s door hit a pillar and no one attacked CM,” said one person who was present at the site. ► Subscribe to The Economic Times for latest video updates.
