Star Wars Jedi Academy - Vulkan - ImGui chat window test

This is a quick demonstration if the experimental ImGui implementation showing an alternative chat window. The chat window can be opened by binding "in_imgui_messagemode" The source for this project is not 100% stable, hence its experimental.
