Temporary migrant relief shelter opens Wednesday on Randall's Island

After controversy, heated community debates and even a location change, New York City's first migrant relief center is now just hours away from opening. The temporary shelter will welcome asylum seekers starting Wednesday on Randall's Island. CBS2's Tim McNicholas reports.
